DIY projects no.3

Heey everyone :) Spring is coming and we´re full of new ideas. These are two projects we´ve made recently. The newspaper picture is from Gabriel and the polka dot frame was made by me (Veronika). It´s really easy peasy, so if you want to try it, read later and you´ll find instructions how to make it :) We wish you many warm and happy spring days!

Polka dot frame

You´re going to need cardboard frame and letters, silver acryl color, fabric polka dot fabric tape and a glue. Firstly paint the letters and leave it to dry. Paint the frame then. I recommend you to apply more layers, one wasn´t enough :( . When everything is dry, apply the fabric tape. Glue the letter on the tape and you´re done :) Easy peasy, as I said.

Budeš potrebovať kartónové písmená a rámček, striebornú akrylovú farbu, polka dot lepiacu stuhu a lepidlo. Najprv nafarbi písmená a nechaj ich poriadne preschnúť. Potom natri aj rám. Z mojej skúsenosti jedna vrstva nestačí :(. Keď je všetko suché, môžeš prilepiť lepiacu stuhu, na ktorú pomocou lepidla aplikuješ písmená. Odporúčam prestriekať lakom (aj na vlasy :D ). Je to maximálne jednoduché :) !

Newspaper Valentine´s Day picture

Firstly I glued several cardboard squares together. Then I ripped the newspaper pieces and glued it on the squares. After that I painted a string pink and drived the nails into a heart shape. Then I covered it with the string. It was my Valentine´s gift for Veronika and she loved it indeed :D But it was fun either.
